Not every day one of our fitness sessions comes to a halt while an army tank passes by – well that’s what happened at our off-road session in Woking/Camberley last night!
We run five weekly off-road fitness sessions per week in Woking, Camberley, Hindhead, Alton and Guildford with more planned from September!
Our off-road sessions are for all fitness levels and abilities. These off-road runs are varied and can consist of short hill sprints interspersed with body weight exercises. Or it might be 5km time trail runs and interval training. And as we hold them at delights like Newlands Corner, St Martha’s Hill and the Devil’s Punchbowl, the views are as great as the sessions!
