The end of another manic week of Boot Camps, one to one and group Personal Training comes to an end! As you will see in our weekly video snapshot below we had the toys out in Godalming with big battleropes, weights and tractor tyres!
As you will also see in the video it was a bonkers week weather wise, topped off with the torrential rain for our Bank holiday sessions. You can only imagine how much more grumpier Mark was!

Next week we will have tons of video clips from our brand new venue and gym in Farnham. Grant has volunteered to be the SFC guinea pig in the videos so we’ll be beasting the living daylights out of him making him test out all the new toys to show you what we have on offer!
