We’re pumped to announced that weekly Yoga classes in Farnham are coming on our timetable – a perfect compliment for those active members who train hard with us every week!
On Wednesday 23rd September at our new venue in Farnham (Weydon School) we are running two FREE taster sessions:
6:15pm – Hard ‘core’ – Realign your posture from the inside out, target deep core muscles to build inner strength helping to rehabilitate and prevent back pain or injury, whilst also lengthening and toning your muscles.
7:30pm – Re-‘Jen’ – A hybrid class combining pilates stabilising moves with flow yoga to improve flexibility and power yoga to improve muscle strength, for total body ‘re-jeneration’.
The Yoga classes will be taken by Jenny Hogg who is an experienced teacher who teaches regular classes at David Lloyd and Surrey Sports Park. Jenny has joined Surrey Fitness Centres and will be teaching not only our classes in Farnham and will also be teaching at venues in Godalming and Woking starting very soon!
These classes are free of charge and open to both members and non-members. Both classes are for all levels, so perfect if you are completely new to Yoga or experienced Yogis!
