Track session workshops!
Join us on the track at our next running workshop! We will be getting the juices flowing with a solid warm up and some dynamic activations before hitting a super effective running workout designed to push your aerobic capabilities to their limits!
Our ‘Track sessions’ are held fortnightly at Charterhouse School in Godalming. These sessions are open to everyone – all fitness and running levels, all ages, abilities, men and women. Whether you are a complete beginner or regular exerciser our track session workshops are for you!
At our last session we 45 runners on the track, working on their speed, strides and stamina . After a gentle warm up and some activations we smashed out rounds of sprints, technique work, tempo and a relay finisher!
Our community focused ‘Track sessions’ workshops create a super friendly atmosphere where you will work hard, make friends and enjoy exercising!
These sessions are free to all Surrey Fitness Camps members and £10pp for non-members. Each session is approximately 75 minutes.
