First post-Christmas Boot Camp session in Godalming with Mark all done! Well done to these hardcore members for coming despite the thick frost and the fact that most of them turned up literally hanging before we even started!
Safe to say this session hurt, big calorie burner….and shock to the system!
We have loads of classes over the festive period with classes in Woking, Farnham, Hindhead (Devils Punchbowl) and Godalming. Our full timetable resumes on Wednesday 4th January with new classes being added to the timetable! – watch this space!
