@surreyfitnesscamps_guildford members Emma and Cath today not only completed Bushey Park 10km race but both came 1st in their age groups!

Cath finished in 48 minutes in the over V45's and Emma Hawkins finished in 48.42 in the over V50’s!

Tremendous effort ladies, flying the SFC flag! 🙌

Over in @surreyfitnesscamps_farnham the first member of the month for 2023 is @clairwest7! A huge well done to Clair who is currently on her 25th day of consecutive exercise as part of our Big Brunch Challenge! 🍳

Clair has been a huge part of the Farnham squad since she joined in October. She has brought a great energy to our group and even provided most of our members with thermal @uvexwintersports gloves to keep their digits warm throughout the winter workouts! 🔥

She has very quickly become a total pillar of our fitness community and totally deserves this months award! Keep smashing it Clair! 🙌

A massive thank you to our community partners over at @astrahousebusinesscentre for providing a lovely drop for Clair to enjoy! 🍾🍷

SFC LEGEND AWARD! Here at Surrey Fitness Camps we

SFC LEGEND AWARD!
Here at Surrey Fitness Camps we have 50 members who have been with us for over five years, who've come every week whatever the weather, who have loyally stuck with us through the years (and lockdowns!).

This new award is to acknowledge them, so every month we are going to enrol 1-2 members to our 'SFC Legends' roll of honour with a special page on our website too!

The first ever 'SFC Legend Award' goes to the lovely @julesmasters1
Jule has been a member since November 2014, just over 8 years of Mark's beastings and amazing banter, that deserves a large medal let alone a bottle of wine!

We couldn't think of a better person to give our first 'Legend' award - Julie is the nicest, kindness, good hearted, slightly scatty (she'll agree!) member that we have!
Julie is just a really nice lady and a smashing member to have at our classes.
We also love how Julie lives literally next to the park but 9 out 10 times manages to be 5 minutes late to our classes! Hero! 🙂
