On Thursday we are going to run a massive indoor ‘Old Skool Circuits’ class in the huge sports hall at 7:45pm-8:45pm. There will be pumping music, loads of toys in a high energy class that is suitable for everyone!
From 5:30pm-9:30pm pop by for a workout in our exclusive members gym and meet our team of trainers – the gym is packed with brand new cardio machines such as treadmills, step climbers, rowers, bikes and crosstrainers. We have added the latest gym equipment such as plyo boxes, slam balls, wall balls, olympic bars, weights, kettlebells, battle ropes, TRX, boxing bags and loads more! Outside we have lush playing field and best of all a 70 metre sprint track!
