Terms and Conditions.

 

Surrey Fitness Camps members agree to the following:

 

  1. All members must complete a PAR-Q before commencing a session. A doctors note may be requested prior to taking part in your first session.

 

  1. All sessions must be paid for in advance either online or by BACS, Paypal or standing order. All monies are non-refundable.

 

  1. For monthly standing order membership, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are on a ‘any four sessions a month and miss any sessions you can ‘catch up’ these by coming to extra sessions within one calendar month. Standing orders cannot be cancelled in order to catch up missed sessions.

 

  1. Should you wish to cancel your monthly subscription you must do this yourself through your bank as we are unable to do this. One month notice is required via email for cancellation of monthly standing order memberships.

 

  1. ‘Unlimited’ membership is per person and cannot be shared. This entitles you to attend any session/class on the timetable and at any venue with no minimum or maximum per month. Do please note that our pricing of our ‘Unlimited’ membership is based on coming to 8 classes per month so should you do this, or more, on average over the course of your membership you are getting full value.

 

  1. ‘Use as you Go’ credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

  1. Our sessions take place all year round and in all weathers. However, we don’t run classes in weather that is deemed unsafe for you to travel to the venue, or if the venue is shut on safety grounds.

 

  1. Session fees and charges are subject to change and you will be notified of these in writing one calendar month’s notice in advance.

 

  1. Our class timetable is subject to change and alternations.

 

  1. If your medical condition changes from when you first complete the Pre-Exercise Questionnaire you must inform your trainer and complete a new form.

 

  1. As with any exercise programme, if at any point during your workout you begin to feel faint, dizzy, or have physical discomfort, you should stop immediately.
