Group Fitness classes
Here at Surrey Fitness Camps Guildford everyone is welcome – our classes are for all fitness levels, all ages, abilities, men and women. Whether you are a complete beginner or regular exerciser our classes are for you. Our community focused classes create a super friendly atmosphere where you will work hard, make friends and enjoy exercising!
We have 12 classes a week to choose from including or daily Boot Camps, ‘Strength Club” classes, indoor boxing classes and small group Personal Training sessions! Our classes are vared, fun and packed with equipment including battleropes, kettlebells, barbells, plyo boxes, slam balls and much more!

Small Group Personal Training
Small group Personal Training sessions are our semi-private in small groups of five people.
Our PT sessions is perfect for anyone looking to push their fitness to the next level, and equally suited for those new to exercise who want to get fit fast! Our small group Personal Training sessions offer an affordable form of personal training and are available for all fitness levels.
We offer three types of small group Personal Training sessions; PT Blitz, our strength and conditioning based sessions; PT Box our dedicated Boxing sessions; Speed Camps for those members looking to improve their running, speed and explosiveness; Speed Academy or dedicated sessions for 9-15 year olds.
We run small group Personal Training sessions throughout the year with daily sessions at Guildfordians Rugby Club, Stoke Park!

Rave Run Guildford
Rave Run Guildford is a brand new free community running social event brought to you by Surrey Fitness Camps!
Launching on Friday 31st October at Stoke Park with a ‘Halloween special’ and running weekly, we’ll be taking to the streets of Guildford, blasting music the whole time, rocking glow sticks and stopping off for a drink at the finish line, this isn’t just a run, it’s a moving rave!
Whether you’re a hardcore runner or plod-along pacer, come down for a friendly social run, immaculate vibes, and great music!

UnRoute Race series
Held at our Guldford venue at Stoke Park, Surrey Fitness Camps’ UnRoute races are totally different from your average race. There’s no route, no rules. The races are fast and frenetic.
Each race involves a unique racing format, revealed just 15 mins before the race start, giving you a short window to plan your race route. Our primary aim of our ‘UnRoute running series’ is to provide an event for our amazing fitness community across all our locations to come together to race, spectate and celebrate.

Boxing Fitness classes in Guildford!
Our indoor Boxing fitness classes in Guildford are our dedicated indoor group Boxing classes for all abilities!
