Old Skool Circuit Training – Indoor group fitness training!

Dubbed as ‘Old Skool Circuits’ this indoor workout combines traditional circuit training that we’ve all done (and loved/hated in the past!) with a modern twist.

With pumping music at each session this station based class with include old skool favourites such as bench hops, dips, press ups and sits-up with a modern day favourites including wall balls, Kettlebells, battleropes, Barbells, box jumps and more!
